I have tried (unsuccessfully) to contact them in the past 3 weeks. Several emails sent to them via their website are being returned as undeliverable. They have no phone number contact or address on their website.
I just went to Kioti's website and they have contact info as follows: Group Farm Equipment 6899 Lincoln Highway Bedford PA 15522 Phone 814-623-0747
Maybe I'll try the "old fashioned" method of contact and give them a call....
Have you actually spoken to someone?

yes i have purchased a tractor from them talked to jeff z.got agreat price on the tractor i had a problem with backhoe and i am having same problem with emails undeliverable ....

I have been speaking with Brian from Group Farm Equipment on a possible sale of a DK 40 or DK45. During the course of our correspondance he told me that their email had changed. His current email is: kiotiman2002 at yahoo dot com . He has been very responsive during this sales process. I don't know what responsiveness would be like after the sale. I am counting on zero (nothing on them just being conservative). Part of my consideration in the Kioti analysis is the proximity of a Kioti dealer to me and the inclination that they will have to give me good service. Seems like most of the dealers are small shops that took the line on when it was small and are reaping the rewards now that it is growing. They don't seem to have the large corporate presentation that the JD, Kubota and NH dealerships have. Maybe that's a good thing...maybe not.
Anyway their prices seem very very competitive, and given the positive feedback on the brand I am having a hard time justifying the extra $ for the JD or Kubota.

yes, it was just air in the line on the swing cylinder of backhoe. so i bled it and it is working fine, but i just could not figure why it worked fine for 6hrs then it just worked real slow, i checked hoses for leaks and resevoir was full. i tried to email groupfarm but my email would not go thru. i got a great deal on tractor $15175.00 for lb 1914 with rhino 54 in. bucket loader and rhino 7.5 backhoe with 16 in. bucket. great tractor my neighbor could not belive the sixe of the stumps i dug out with it. the same tractor here in maine was $18640 with 6.5 backhoe its a better built tractor[more rugged] then a kubota b 7500 with backhoe i tried out i would by kioti again wart ....

Just curious wart, who you tried to deal with in ME. I'm in Augusta and went to Kioti Country. Didn't impress me, but I guess some people are buying from him. When you got the tractor, did you go get it or was it delivered?

Kioti country did not impress me either, did not like his attitude.
There is a new dealer in Lebanon Maine, Dick Batchelder Sales, 207-339-2147. Is a great person to do business with. Just bought york rake from him. Has 20 plus Kioti's in stock. He just wasn't set up with them when I was looking. Bought from Group Farm Equipment and had mine delivered to me. Was $800. to have it shipped from Bedford PA. ....
